At Jeuneora we always aim to provide you with a fast and reliable delivery service.

Covid-19 update

We're here for you throughout Level 3 & 4. Our awesome husband and wife dispatch team are continuing to pack and dispatch your orders from Christchurch with care. They're doing this by following the Government's public health advice and safely dispatching your orders through contactless courier pick up and delivery.

You may experience a small delay in our usual speedy shipping service. This is because NZ Post has made some changes including contactless delivery and physical distancing in response to the Government’s Alert Level announcements. Their priority is to continue delivering for NZ while also keeping their team and our community safe. As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched we'll email you with your parcel’s tracking number. We appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your continued support!

The shipping process

Once we receive your order it will be processed by our distribution team. This process can take up to 24 hours and operates Monday - Friday (public holidays excluded). Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following morning. Once your order has been processed and has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please ensure you double check your address before confirming your order at checkout, as addresses can not be changed after this.

A signature is required by default for all orders. Please be aware that if your property has an authority to leave (ATL) and your package goes missing after being delivered, Jeuneora will be not be able to process a claim. Please manage your order and any changes via the tracking number that is sent in your tracking email.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, we are unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

If you’re concerned about the whereabouts of your parcel, please first contact Courier Post (NZ), NZ Post (rural NZ) or DHL (overseas). You will need to quote your tracking number.

New Zealand Shipping

The transit times listed below are estimates only and may be extended by many factors beyond our control, such as Customs & Quarantine processing requirements, flight schedules, etc.

Free shipping on orders over $40- A flat rate of $10 applies for orders under $40.

- South Island target time (after dispatch) – overnight Monday to Friday

- North Island target time (after dispatch) – 2 to 3 working days

Allow extra time for rural deliveries.

All orders will be sent via CourierPost tracked service.

Australia Shipping

The transit times listed below are estimates only and may be extended by many factors beyond our control, such as Customs & Quarantine processing requirements, flight schedules, etc.

Free shipping on orders over $40- A flat rate of $15 applies for orders under $40.

Orders take 24 hours to process (Monday – Friday), and between 1-3 working days to deliver. 

All orders will be sent via DHL Express tracked service. 

To order from our Australian website (if living in Australia), please visit www.jeuneora.com.au for preferential shipping rates. 

Other International Destinations

The transit times listed below are estimates only and may be extended by many factors beyond our control, such as Customs & Quarantine processing requirements, flight schedules, etc. If your country is not listed in any of the categories below, we do not currently provide a shipping option to your region.

Free international shipping for orders over $60 is available to the following countries: 

- North America – USA, Canada

- Asia - Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Maldives, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea & Taiwan

- Middle East – Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE

- Pacific - Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Seychelles, Vanuatu

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express tracked service. 

Shipping will be auto-calculated at checkout based on region.  

Orders take 24 hours to process (Monday – Friday), and between 1-4 working days to deliver. 

UK / Europe

We are no longer shipping to the UK or Europe.  

Are there any additional charges for international orders?

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country.  These taxes / duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Jeuneora.  No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes or duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the taxes or duties likely to be charged prior to placing your order. 

Please ensure someone will be available to receive or collect your order if your receive a card to collect / call. We cannot resend product free of charge outside of New Zealand if your order gets returned to us.

Returns and refunds
