Once we receive your order (providing it is in stock) it will be processed by our distribution team. This process can take up to 24 hours and operates Mon-Fri (Public holidays excluded).
Once your order has been processed and is ready to be sent, you will receive a tracking number.
Please ensure you double check your address before confirming in the checkout as addresses can not be changed after this.
Orders made to New Zealand addresses are shipped via Courier Post who give a targeted delivery time of 2-4 working days between Monday-Friday. (Rural deliveries may take longer) A signature is required by default. You can manage your order via the tracking that is sent in your tracking email.
Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following morning.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, we are unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
If you’re concerned about the whereabouts of your parcel, please first contact Courier Post or DHL if overseas. (NZ Post if Rural) quoting your ticket number from your tracking.

Flat rate $6.50 shipping applies, Free shipping for orders over $150.

For all international orders outside NZ (Including Australia) we are now using DHL Express (Where available)

Please ensure someone will be available to receive or collect your order if your receive a card to collect/call. We cannot resent free of charge outside NZ if your order gets returned to us. Signature is required by default.
International orders may attract local Customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Jeuneora. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.
