Are the beauty results better than Renew+?
The beauty ingredients in Beauty Brain are specific to your skin, whereas our marine collagen products (including Renew+) benefit your hair, skin, and nails. The ingredients in Beauty Brain have been scientifically researched to provide benefits in approximately 6 weeks of continued use, which is a very similar timeframe as the marine collagen that is found in our Renew+.
Do I need to take this every day?
If you are taking Beauty Brain for the cognitive benefits, you don't need to take it every day. You’ll feel the immediate cognitive benefits (mental alertness, concentration, focus) within an hour, with these initial effects lasting up to 5 hours. If you're taking it for beauty, immune function or gut health support, you'll start seeing those benefits in the next 3-6 weeks. When should I take this?
You can take Beauty Brain any time of day, however even though Beauty Brain doesn’t contain any caffeine, we wouldn’t recommend taking it before bed due to the nootropic ingredients having an immediate effect on mental alertness and focus.

I’ve been enjoying using this occasionally. I don’t have anything bad to say about it, it tastes nice, and is a good alternative to caffeine - even if it is a placebo!? I have no idea haha but it’s a nice drink.
